Measurement of Optical Surface with SHSLab UHR In most cases of testing the surface deviations of optical surfaces, a high lateral resolution has to be provided. Here, standard Shack-Hartmann-sensors often can not provide the optimum. With SHSLab UHR and SHSInspect (UHR model) respectively optical surfaces can be measured with a resolution of up to 116×116.
